Talent Quarter PTY Ltd is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in providing essential services to individuals with disabilities under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Key Responsibilities- To develop and implement tailored behaviour support plans and interventions, adhering to positive behaviour support principles.
- To collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including participants, families, and other professionals, to ensure comprehensive support.
- To maintain accurate records of participant interactions, progress, and outcomes, as per organisational standards.
- A strong understanding of behaviour support principles and practices, particularly in relation to NDIS requirements.
- Relevant qualifications in behaviour support or related fields, such as psychology, social work, youth work, or teaching.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including participants, families, and professionals.
- Negotiable salary range from $80,000 to $130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
