The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy, and current driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients
  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals
  • Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care
  • Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey
  • Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes
