Field Service Technician Role
We are looking for a skilled professional to fill this Field Service Technician position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on customer sites across a diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more.
- Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across the product range in field (and in workshop as required)
- Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
- Monitor and record parts usage
- A mechanical trade qualification
- Current driver's licence
- Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work unsupervised in field
- Ability to participate in on-call roster
