About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Portfolio Manager to join our Brisbane CBD Property Management Team. As a key member of our dynamic group, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class property and facilities services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate a team of internal and external resources to deliver exceptional customer experiences and property management services.
  • Proactively manage properties to ensure optimal performance, resolve issues promptly, and maintain strong tenant relationships.
  • Point of contact for day-to-day tenant correspondence and record interactions accordingly.
  • Manage lease obligations, transactions, and administrative duties while adhering to relevant procedures.
  • Monitor financial performance, including contracted income, recoveries, operational expenditure, capital expenditure, and arrears.
  • Prepare monthly reports with variance analysis and input into re-forecasting as required.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess a strong background in property management, budgeting, and financial management. You should have excellent communication skills, be financially savvy, and able to juggle competing priorities effectively.

Requirements
  • Relevant experience in property management, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.
  • Demonstrated experience liaising with external clients, the general public, and at all levels of a business.
  • Ability to interpret leases, licenses, and similar legal documents.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly accrual accounting.
  • Ability to use own initiative, self-start, and problem-solve.
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external stakeholders while achieving commercial outcomes.
