Job Title: Flagship Store Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flagship Store Manager to lead our team in the South Western area of Sydney. As a Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Store Manager, Flagship Store Manager, or similar leadership role in retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
