Flagship Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Flagship Store Manager to join our team in the South Western area of Sydney.
Job Summary:As a Flagship Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and uphold the Skechers brand image.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Merchandising: Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience (2+ Years) as a Senior Store Manager, Flagship Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or similar leadership role in retail.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and Team-Building Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
- Customer Service: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of Footwear and Fashion Trends: Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
