Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

At SIXT Australia, we are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer to join our team in Charlestown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards of presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Opening and closing rental agreements
  • Selling additional over-the-counter rental products
  • Managing reservations and organizing fleet
  • Ensuring vehicles are cleaned and presented to the correct standard, ready for the next customer
  • Inspecting and recording vehicle damage
  • Delivering vehicles between sites
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area
