Job Title: Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer

SIXT Australia is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent/Vehicle Detailer in Charlestown. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, creating opportunities to make sales, and ensuring all rental vehicles meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via email
  • Process rental agreements and manage reservations
  • Sell additional rental products and services
  • Inspect and record vehicle damage
  • Deliver vehicles between sites
  • Maintain a clean and safe working area
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to work during trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Enthusiastic and driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current unrestricted driver's license and full working rights in Australia
