Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Assist in business expansion by promoting and selling CFD crypto products, focusing on Bitcoin (BTC) and other mainstream cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum and Solana.
  • Identify and develop client pipelines within the crypto space using strong sales skills.
  • Maintain good relationships with new crypto clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze blockchain and crypto market information to provide clients with professional insights and potential trading opportunities in the crypto CFD market.

Client Service:

  • Deliver excellent customer service through various communication channels to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate market dynamics and platform trading tools to clients, assisting them in understanding cryptocurrency market movements.

Performance and Goal Orientation:

  • Achieve or exceed set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including sales targets, client satisfaction scores, and activity levels.
  • Continuously learn about Bitcoin (BTC) and broader crypto market knowledge, CFD industry information, and TMGM's trading platforms and crypto products.
  • Stay up-to-date on blockchain technology, crypto industry news, and relevant macroeconomic factors impacting crypto assets.
