Customer Service Professional Opportunity

This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service and support to a dedicated portfolio of accounts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day movement of freight, identifying potential issues and providing valuable insights to major account managers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients across various industries. In addition to excellent problem-solving skills, they will also have sound computer knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting and managing the day-to-day movement of freight within your portfolio
  • Providing valuable insights into the movement of customer freight and potential issues to Major Account Managers
  • Reviewing and reporting on daily freight movements
  • Resolving enquiries in a way that provides a no better experience
  • Escalating priority issues when required relating to all aspects of your accounts

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or 2+ years experience in Customer Service
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound computer knowledge including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Resilience, passion and ability to work at pace and under pressure
