Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate rehabilitation professional to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals by providing targeted intervention strategies to improve life independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.

  • Conducting comprehensive vocational assessments to identify client goals and develop tailored plans for achievement;
  • Liaising with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes;
  • Delivering evidence-based interventions to enhance client independence and employability;
  • Staying up-to-date with various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to ensure optimal service delivery;
Requirements:

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field;
  • Full ASORC Accreditation as a Rehabilitation Counsellor;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning;
