Position Overview
This is a field-based Medical Liaison role, with approximately 80% of time spent in the field. Focused on an Oncology portfolio, particularly in Breast Cancer. The position requires collaboration with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals. Serve as a trusted source of unbiased, accurate, and current medical and scientific information. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, clinical science, and medical affairs. A strong foundation in scientific knowledge and commercial acumen is essential. Responsible for driving projects from conception through to execution. Conduct medical reviews of promotional materials to ensure compliance and accuracy. Act as an internal expert to facilitate staff training and development. Ideal Candidate Profile
Must possess an Australian medical degree (MBBS) or nursing qualifications (CNC or NP). Clinical experience in Oncology is required, with a preference for Breast Cancer expertise. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and communicate complex scientific information effectively. Self-motivated with the capability to work independently in the field while managing multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build professional relationships. Proficient in presentation and computer skills, with expertise in literature research.
