About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our clients in the State Government sector. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to senior executives and contribute to the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior executives, including email and diary management, meeting preparation, and minute taking.
  • Coordinate and manage correspondence, documents, and information systems.
  • Develop and maintain presentations, briefings, and local communications.
  • Act as a contact point for internal and external staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the executive director's office and work on minor projects.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Ability to adapt to different tasks in short time frames.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Organisation skills, with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with others in a large team and work autonomously.
  • Commitment to organisation values and policy and procedure.
