The Opportunity: Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Associate, you create a warm, luxurious, and professional atmosphere ensuring every client feels exceptional from the moment they walk in. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional Client Reception: Greet clients warmly and professionally as the face of our clinic, creating a positive first impression.
  • Professional Consultation Support: Answer inquiries regarding treatment options, procedures, pricing, and clinic policies with patience and accuracy.
  • Seamless Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and therapists to coordinate treatment flows and deliver a cohesive client journey.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage client records, billing, filing, and maintain the cleanliness and professionalism of the front desk area.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Core Competencies

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Fluent English Required: Proficiency in English is essential. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
  • High Emotional Intelligence & Empathy: Understand and respond to clients' emotional needs, especially in a sensitive medical setting.
  • Impeccable Professional Image: Present a polished and professional appearance and manner that aligns with our premium clinic positioning.
  • Strong Organizational & Detail Orientation: Capable of multitasking with precision and maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
  • Passion for the Aesthetic Industry: A genuine interest in aesthetics and a desire to provide outstanding service.
