We have several opportunities in the Eastern Suburbs and Sydney City for Clinic Managers to run Aesthetic Skin and Laser Clinics. You will oversee all aspects of the business's commercial side and ensure that Patient Care and Service are always prioritised. Some of your duties will involve the following:
- Rostering Clinical Staff and managing their performance on a day-to-day basis.
- Liaising with the essential Aesthetics and Medical Grade Laser Companies to ensure stock availability and devices are serviced within the timeframes
- Managing all aspects of the P&L and driving gross profit. This will entail local BDM activities, utilising and driving marketing initiatives on social media.
- Managing the entire operation of the Clinic day to day. This may entail dealing with patients' reactions to products, managing Staff rostering issues, managing product supply problems, and ensuring all aspects of the clinic run smoothly daily.
- It is your responsibility to ensure the Staff are receiving ongoing product training and they are qualified to administer injectables and medical/chemical peels and operate laser machinery.
Each member of your team is a Brand Ambassador for all services the Clinic provides. Your team and the Clinic presentation will be immaculate at all times and service first class.
Aesthetics is a luxury product. Patients of your Clinic are investing in their longevity, skin quality and wellness. All patients will be greeted warmly, and discretion is paramount.
You will ensure everyone is highly skilled and well-trained. As a result, your team of Clinicians and Injectors are confident in their knowledge and gentle and reassuring when dealing with Patients.
These roles do not require any experience in Medical Aesthetics. Ideally, you will come from a Practice Manager role in a Medical Clinic or have previously worked in a Medical environment.
You are commercially savvy with strong financial skills. You understand the P&L and how to continue growing the business by focusing on gross profit and market share.
