Job Description

As a senior leader in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE), you will play a crucial role in driving projects that enhance process optimization, increase technology adoption and automate workflows to support workers. This will involve delivering continuous improvement initiatives and projects targeting systems, technology and processes, as well as data analysis and presentation of insights.

You will act as a change agent, enabling teams to leverage technologies and continuous improvement techniques to drive efficiency and productivity gains. You will also assess and agree on priorities, engaging multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, and provide support for Workers Compensation functions.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HSE roles
  • Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
  • Previous process improvement and/or systems knowledge advantageous
  • Analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI and spreadsheeting tools
  • Understanding of project management, continuous improvement and change management methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Prosci)
