Product Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Product Team.
About the RoleThis is a mid-level position requiring 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a product-heavy environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with great communication skills
- Ability to balance commercial priorities with technical feasibility
- Sydney based, or able to travel to Sydney each Tuesday and Friday
- Analyse change requests in collaboration with Senior BAs and product managers
- Translate concepts into clear Jira tickets, including documents, ratings, algorithms, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Lead refinement sessions with developers, QA, and technical BAs to ensure delivery clarity
- Validate completed work before it heads to QA and keep documentation up to date
- Partner with underwriters and insurer teams to clarify pricing and product changes
You'll gain deep exposure to insurance products, commercial decision-making, and delivery processes, all while collaborating with a tight-knit team.
This role offers opportunities for career progression into Senior BA, Product Owner, or Agile Delivery Lead positions.
