Key Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Business Controls professional to partner with divisional leaders and distribution partners, embedding robust risk management practices that balance regulatory requirements, commercial priorities, and customer satisfaction.

This is a key strategic role requiring you to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced and agile environment dealing with a broad range of stakeholders across the organization, its technology and operations service provider, and distribution partners.

You will leverage your extensive risk management experience to work with these stakeholders to embed prudent risk management across the customer lifecycle and enabling services.

Responsibilities include representing risk and compliance management in projects relating to embedded finance partnerships, coordinating risk and control identification, and performing risk assessments.

Requirements include a minimum 10 years in financial services with a strong understanding of operational risk and compliance, demonstrated experience in a Risk and Business Controls function, and a solid understanding of effective risk governance and reporting requirements.
