
Family Violence Program Manager

As a senior leader within our organization, the Family Violence Program Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation across family violence services.
This strategic position is responsible for leading the delivery of all family violence initiatives across Western Australia, ensuring they are aligned with key performance indicators and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing operational management to all family violence programs
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with government departments, community sector stakeholders, and other relevant partners
- Ensuring programs are adequately funded, resourced, and administered through effective project planning and budgeting
- Representing the organization as a leading presence in the sector, advocating for the needs of individuals seeking services
- Maintaining expertise on sector trends and adapting service delivery accordingly
- Leading contract negotiations with government for funding arrangements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Implementing national research and evaluation frameworks to measure outcomes and inform future program development
Requirements:
- Experience in community or government bodies within the family violence sector, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
- Senior management experience in social and community services, including family violence programs, with a proven track record of success
- Degree qualification in social work, welfare, or a related field, and at least 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong understanding of sector trends and best practices
- National police record check and Working with Children Check required, as well as any other relevant certifications or licenses
