Our client is a government organisation with a global footprint, focused on data-driven remuneration decisions and ensuring fair, locally informed compensation practices across international locations.

Job Description

This role leads the procurement and integration of market remuneration data, coordinates global survey processes, and provides strategic advice on salary decisions. You will work with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure high-quality data collection and analysis to support informed and equitable remuneration outcomes.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintaining reciprocal data-sharing arrangements with like-minded organisations
  • Leading procurement of market remuneration data and liaising with suppliers
  • Integrating market data into remuneration models for comparative analysis
  • Coordinating annual data surveys across overseas missions
  • Engaging with stakeholders to incorporate local context into salary decisions
  • Providing strategic advice and quality assurance on remuneration methodology
  • Representing the organisation in professional engagements and collaborations
  • Demonstrating strong experience in data procurement, analysis, and integration
  • Proven ability to manage complex survey processes across multiple locations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement in cross-cultural environments
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on continuous improvement and risk management
  • High-level communication and professional representation skills
Must Haves
  • Demonstrated experience in remuneration strategy or related fields
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
  • Experience working with external suppliers and government stakeholders
