Job PurposeAs a pre-sales technical specialist, your primary goal will be to establish confidence and trust with our customers, enabling them to leverage Microsoft 365 Solutions, including Windows endpoints, managed by Modern IT using Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, and 'as-a-service' model technologies.
Responsibilities- Scale Customer Engagements: Proactively reach out to customers, leveraging your expertise in Microsoft products and solutions, to understand their business challenges and determine the necessary technology strategy.
- Build Strategy: Provide strategic, technical, and partner input to develop compete strategies, taking into account customer feedback and the competitive landscape.
- Solution Design and Proof of Concept: Demonstrate architecture patterns for design, development, configuration, and deployment/adoption/governance planning, applying sales methodologies and leveraging partner/customer teams as needed.
- Change Management and Adoption: Drive adoption and change management by developing a clear strategy and execution plan, including readiness assessments, value realization, and optimization.
- Collaborator and Orchestrator: Work in a v-team to drive technical solutions, collaborating with customers, partners, and senior colleagues to expand knowledge of architecture and demonstrate new and updated Endpoint related products and services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a proactive and collaborative individual with a strong understanding of Microsoft products and solutions, as well as a passion for driving technical solutions and customer success.
