Datacom is seeking a highly skilled SOE Engineer to join our Endpoint Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting end-user solutions for our customers. Your expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and Intune
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, VBScript, and Batch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale software deployments and endpoint configurations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in endpoint management and configuration

What You Will Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need 5 years of IT industry experience, preferably in an IT managed service provider, with approximately 3 years of experience in a similar SOE Engineer role. You will possess exceptional knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, as well as good working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, AD, DHP, DNS, certificate services, and enterprise applications. Your exceptional troubleshooting, customer service, communication, and prioritization skills will enable you to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
