As a senior IT professional, you will have the opportunity to lead our digital transformation and shape the future of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud computing, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead the planning and implementation of emerging technologies, including AI
  • Oversight of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Management of the IT Infrastructure & Security team, fostering collaboration and prioritizing tasks
  • Budget management to ensure cost-effective delivery of IT services
  • Design, maintenance, and monitoring of IT infrastructure, including disaster recovery and service reliability

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, information technology, or a similar field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in the field, preferably in Aged Care, NDIS, community services, and education sectors
  • In-depth understanding of current and emerging technologies
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels and functions
  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • People management and leadership skills, together with professional standards of planning and budgeting
  • Demonstrated acumen and passion for technology
  • Thorough knowledge of best-practice IT governance e.g., ITIL
