AssetOn, part of the COSOL Group, is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance planning services for Australia's mining and resources sector.

We specialise in supporting operational success through reliable planning, scheduling, and systems-based solutions.

Due to continued demand, AssetOn is seeking Maintenance Planners with experience in Underground Mining and Longwall equipment to support an upcoming on-site role.

About The Role

  • Develop and maintain maintenance plans for underground mining assets, including Longwall equipment.
  • Create and manage BOMs
  • Oversee parts management to ensure availability and accuracy.
  • Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies.
  • Contribute to reliability improvements across plant and equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with operations, maintenance, and supply teams.

About You
To be considered for this position, we are looking for the following skills:

  • Mechanical trade qualifications or significant site-based experience
  • 2+ years' experience in a maintenance planning role within mining or resources
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Strong collaboration and communication with reliability and maintenance teams
  • Solid understanding of shutdown processes and work management systems
  • Experience developing and tracking KPIs for asset performance
  • Ability to facilitate planning workshops and liaise across all levels
  • A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
