Strategy & Transformation Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned strategist to lead the development and implementation of a robust strategic planning framework. This role will oversee the creation and execution of operational workplans, manage projects or key work streams, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

As an established leader with senior leadership experience, you will influence at every level by imparting your strategic thinking, knowledge, and skills in a pragmatic, constructive, and empowering manner.

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, strategic project management, commerce, MBA, economics, finance, organisational behaviour, or related equivalent field.
  • IT program/portfolio management expertise with credentials across Lean-Agile, PMP, PgMP, and/or P3O.
  • Management consulting experience within in-house corporate strategy and/or business planning roles.
  • Formal change and strategic portfolio management certification and knowledge of methodologies, tools, and techniques such as lean-agile change, PROSCI, ADKAR, and others or relevant experience.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, and influence, including the ability to effectively gain support and commitment from others.

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, HCD, Systems/Design Thinking & CX is highly desirable.
