About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our team as a Mobile Butterfly Enclosure Experience Specialist. As a Mobile Butterfly Enclosure Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing educational and entertaining experiences to guests of all ages, while managing and maintaining the mobile butterfly enclosure.

Main Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Transport, set up, and maintain a mobile butterfly enclosure at various events and locations.
  • Butterfly Education: Educate guests about the life cycle, behaviour, and characteristics of different species of butterflies.
  • Guest Interaction: Interact with guests and answer questions about the butterflies and their habitat.
  • Hands-on Experiences: Facilitate hands-on experiences such as placing butterflies on children's hands.
  • Safety and Well-being: Ensure the safety and well-being of the butterflies while in your care.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with event organisers and venue staff to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Requirements
  • Certification: Working with Children's check or open to obtaining one.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
