Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage solution design and architecture expertise to drive Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical teams to translate business needs into scalable CRM solutions.
  • Define the technical roadmap, integration architecture, and migration strategy from legacy systems to MSCRM.
  • Provide architectural oversight across all CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.) and related Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and data governance frameworks.
  • Guide development teams with best practices and technical standards across configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for performance tuning, scalability, and resilience.
  • Engage with Microsoft and other third-party vendors as needed for platform support and solution alignment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Solution Architect preferably on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformation projects.
  • Deep understanding of MSCRM modules.
  • Strong background in solution design, system integration (Azure, Power Platform, APIs), and data migration strategies.
  • Solid grasp of CRM best practices, security model, business process flows, and custom workflows.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevOps methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Additional Requirements for Sr. MS Dynamics CRM Developer:

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM Development.
  • Develop, customize, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements in banking, insurance, or financial services.
  • Design and implement custom entities, plugins, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with core banking systems, ERP, payment gateways, and third-party financial applications.
  • Develop and optimize Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate solutions for reporting and automation.
  • Ensure security, compliance, and data integrity by implementing role-based access, field-level security, and audit logs.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and end-users in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
