About the Job:

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Director to lead our end-to-end CRM implementation and migration project on Salesforce nonprofit cloud. This role requires strategic planning, effective communication, and strong leadership skills to ensure timely delivery and successful project outcomes.

  • Project Management: Lead the project team to deliver high-quality results within set timelines and budgets.
  • CRM Implementation: Oversee the entire CRM implementation process, from requirement gathering to deployment and testing.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, board committees, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.

Performance Monitoring: Track and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
