Job Overview

The Country Leader will oversee local activities, ensuring business acumen and results are delivered. The regional team manages business operations locally, coordinating all functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a successful regional growth strategy to enhance market position.
  • Maintain knowledge of developing trends and technologies within Drilling, Construction, and Mining industries.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate potential growth opportunities for the region.
  • Create business cases associated with regional strategies and send long lead items requests as needed.
  • Generate new commercial opportunities in currently served and unserved markets.
  • Establish beneficial business relationships with senior leaders of internal/external organizations.
  • Evaluate industry presence within the region.
  • Set regional sales targets/KPIs (aligned with Global KPIs) and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate activities together with other functions.
  • Manage existing accounts and opportunities in the region.
  • Build and develop the regional sales team by regional strategies and KPIs.
  • Provide leadership to the region sales and commercial personnel.

  • Proven experience in business development and management.
  • Strong knowledge of Drilling, Construction, and Mining industries.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
