Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced order operations and warehouse professional to support our Australia field operations team.

This role will manage end-to-end order operations, including processing orders from entry to invoicing, adhering to company guidelines and policies.

Liaising with internal and external parties is required to resolve issues relating to order fulfillment, as directed by the team leader/manager.

All necessary documentation must be in place for transit from origin to destination without delays, in accordance with customer needs and foreign trade regulations.

The supply chain and demand planning process involves managing SAP ordering processes, collaborating closely with global & regional operations teams.

Closely monitoring backlogs ensures on-time deliveries with no past due dates.

Handling import and export tasks requires a deep understanding of customs regulations and solutions to mitigate risks.

Shipments and deliveries must be coordinated with freight forwarders, ensuring timely delivery.

Daily warehouse activities include inventory management, picking, packing, and stock levels.

Post-sales support includes handling physical returns and replacements.

Participating in process improvement activities streamlines work processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily warehouse activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responsible for physical inventory accountability, data integrity, and timely updates in the system.
  • Report discrepancies for damaged, spoiled, or short stock with approval from finance manager.
  • Conduct bi-annual stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
  • Review and return excess or obsolete stock quarterly.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company and legislative requirements.
  • Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential safety hazards.
  • Manage warehouse-related audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
  • Proficient in office software and experienced in SAP.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ability to handle multiple priorities, and execution.
