Transformative Insights Catalyst
This pivotal role in our organization focuses on analyzing and interpreting market intelligence to drive strategic decision-making across domestic and international student recruitment.
As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with peers to deliver high-quality insights through both primary and secondary research. Your work will inform recruitment strategies and enhance our understanding of student behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and project manage qualitative and quantitative research studies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and mystery shopping.
- Conduct desk research and monitor higher education reports to identify emerging trends.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to produce clear, actionable reports and presentations.
- Share valuable insights with stakeholders to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:

- A deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, consumer behavior, and the higher education landscape.

- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, DisplayR, Qualtrics, or Python.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to apply sound judgment.
