
Strategic Workforce Planner

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on the challenge of optimizing workforce planning. As a key member of our workforce planning department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining optimized rosters that meet the needs of our participants.
- Collaborate with Service Delivery teams to ensure rosters align with client needs, staff skills, and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain complex schedules using tools like Excel or Power BI
- Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in staffing patterns
- Model workforce scenarios to build resilience and ensure compliance
As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics, with experience working in healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support. You will also have hands-on experience with scheduling systems and strong analytical skills.
Requirements- Proven track record in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics
- Experience working in healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
- Ability to juggle complex rostering requirements across dispersed teams
- Strong communication skills to turn data into actionable insights
