This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on the challenge of optimizing workforce planning. As a key member of our workforce planning department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining optimized rosters that meet the needs of our participants.

  • Collaborate with Service Delivery teams to ensure rosters align with client needs, staff skills, and compliance requirements
  • Develop and maintain complex schedules using tools like Excel or Power BI
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in staffing patterns
  • Model workforce scenarios to build resilience and ensure compliance

As a successful candidate, you will have a strong background in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics, with experience working in healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support. You will also have hands-on experience with scheduling systems and strong analytical skills.

Requirements
  • Proven track record in workforce planning, scheduling, or analytics
  • Experience working in healthcare, disability, aged care, or in-home support
  • Strong analytical skills with tools like Excel, Power BI or similar
  • Ability to juggle complex rostering requirements across dispersed teams
  • Strong communication skills to turn data into actionable insights
