Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Horticulturist Supervisor to lead our gardening and maintenance services teams across various commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective leadership and coaching to Facilities Management teams to meet schedules and contract specifications.
  • Ensure all incidents and issues are reported and escalated using the PERISCOPE and COMMUNITY CARE platforms.
  • Collaborate with Regional and National Operations Managers on tender preparation and quotations.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant ISO Certifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Support scheduling and communicate staffing or payroll changes.
Requirements
  • Trade certification in Horticulture is mandatory.
  • Proven experience leading medium to large teams is required.
  • Able to supervise multiple remote locations.
  • Grounds maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Strong human resource skills, including relationship building, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent administrative and scheduling capabilities.
  • Highly organized with technical skills.
  • Adaptability, safety practices, and well-developed communication skills are essential.
