As a graduate midwife, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and transition from student to Registered Midwife in a supportive environment.
Program OverviewThe structured program provides comprehensive orientation, paid professional development days, and debriefing sessions supported by a dedicated learning team. This enables graduates to effectively manage the demands of their role and achieve career progression.
Key Skills and Qualifications- We are looking for individuals with strong clinical skills and knowledge of maternity services, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
