We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Coordinator to join our team. In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth by providing strategic planning and coordination support.

This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about productivity and operational effectiveness. You will work closely with our service centre network, using your analytical skills and best practice solutions to maximize efficiency and drive results.

  • Support multiple service centres in workforce scheduling, focusing on improving overall productivity.
  • Promote accountability for productivity KPIs and provide reporting to ensure transparency amongst leaders.
  • Complete audits and reviews of productivity and scheduling.
  • Identify areas for improvement and support the creation of action plans accordingly.
  • Manage ADHOC scheduling and systems enquiries from the service centre network.
