**Event Manager Role**

We are seeking a skilled Event Manager to join our team. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality programs of events and activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate and prepare all internal activities and be the key point of contact with organisers for the Annual Scientific Meeting (ASM)
  • Plan and execute educational programs and workshops - including preparation, budgets, negotiating contracts, catering, auto-visual equipment, and post-event surveys
  • Support the coordination of fundraising events and webinars
  • Provide support for internal meetings including the Annual General Meeting

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent time management/coordination - able to balance and prioritise competing projects and deadlines
  • Proven experience in event management
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint and Excel
