We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team as a Sales and Customer Education Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of Australia's largest outsourced salary packaging companies, known for their award-winning customer service.

Company Overview: Our client provides simple salary packaging solutions to Australians, helping people enjoy more of their income. They value their employees and strive to create a positive work environment.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, plus a large monthly bonus potential.

Job Description:

  • Create and deliver training and support materials to companies in the Health Sector, ensuring successful understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Travel extensively (70% - 80% of the time) to various locations, building strong relationships with clients and employees.
  • Drive organic growth by increasing participation in the client's salary packaging program and number of products/services per client.
  • Manage and resolve key customer issues, championing continuous improvements in client and customer journeys, services, products, and controls.
  • Contribute to client and education plans for best practice education strategies and design educational content across face-to-face and digital channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1 year of Banking or Financial Services call centre experience or equivalent motivation-driven attitude.
  • B2C or B2B sales experience is ideal but not necessary.
  • Natural ability to help others, passion for providing excellent service, and confidence in building rapport.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills, and a can-do attitude.
