Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Manager
About the Role:
The Nurse Manager is a professional and clinical leader in Nursing Services, responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff. They operationalise the core values of Nursing by developing staff to deliver excellence in clinical practice, managing clinical risk, and implementing systems and processes to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient access to clinical services
- Managing financial and human resources to meet patient needs
- Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
- A degree in healthcare or business management (or working towards)
- Recent extensive clinical nursing experience in a relevant health service
