Key Roles and Responsibilities:A leader will be required to drive youth mental health outcomes. This role will oversee a portfolio of innovative services that deliver high-quality care to young people and their families.
  • Provide strategic leadership across clinical operations and service delivery.
  • Lead a diverse portfolio including headspace centres, multidisciplinary services, and quality & safety initiatives.
  • Drive service integration, clinical innovation, and measurable outcomes for young people.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing) and full general registration with the relevant authorities.
  • Proven executive or senior leadership experience in mental health or clinical services.
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and quality frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex service environments.
  • Experience delivering strategic outcomes within government-funded or public sector settings.
  • Deep understanding of youth mental health and system challenges affecting young people and families.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including with government and community partners.
