Great opportunity for a Psychologist (Clinical or General)

Moonee Ponds Clinical Psychologyis a well-established busy private psychology practice located in Moonee Ponds. We provide high calibre evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for children, adolescents and adults.

We are offering a contractor position for registered Clinical/General Psychologists. This newly appointed position will consult for 1 day a week, with opportunity to build up.

  • Knowledge and relevant experience of using evidence-based approaches across a diverse range of mental health presentations
  • Demonstrated a knowledge and application of ethical considerations and AHPRA guidelines when providing psychological intervention to vulnerable clients
  • An ability to handle different caseloads with varying commitment times
  • Competency in working independently and in a multidisciplinary team
  • Professional communication skills

Position requirements

  • Registration as a clinical/general psychologist with AHPRA
  • Current working with Children's check
  • Be an existing eligible Medicare provider
  • Current ABN number
  • Days available: Monday, Tuesday, and/or Saturday
