This is a rare opportunity to lead a diverse and high-impact clinical portfolio at a world-leading youth mental health organisation.
As Chief of Clinical Services and Operations, you'll oversee a portfolio of innovative, multidisciplinary services that deliver high-quality care to young people and their families.
Provide executive leadership across strategy, clinical operations, and service delivery.
Lead a broad portfolio including headspace centres, Orygen Recovery, the Trans and Gender Diverse service and quality & safety.
Drive service integration, clinical innovation, and measurable outcomes for young people.
Champion youth-centred, inclusive, and evidence-based care across all programs.
We're looking for a visionary leader with clinical credibility, system-wide insight, and a deep commitment to working with and for young people.
Skills And Experience The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position: Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing) and full general registration with AHPRA or registration/eligibility for AASW.
Proven executive or senior leadership experience in mental health, health, or clinical services.
Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk, and quality frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across complex service environments.
Experience delivering strategic outcomes within government-funded or public sector settings.
Deep understanding of youth mental health and system challenges affecting young people and families.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, including with government and community partners.
Commitment to co-design, lived experience engagement, and inclusive practice.
Salary commensurate with experience + 12% superannuation + $15,900 in NFP salary packaging + $2,600 meals and entertainment card.
