Join us in a unique opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the healthcare of remote NT communities.

We are seeking experienced Audiologists to work on-site in remote clinics, delivering culturally safe, high-quality care in collaboration with Aboriginal Health Practitioners, General Practitioners, nurses, and support staff.

The NT Remote Locum Program is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander-led workforce program dedicated to strengthening healthcare services in remote communities across the Northern Territory.

This locum-based role offers short-term placements ranging from 3 to 12 weeks, based in remote NT communities, with travel and accommodation covered by us. You will have cultural orientation and 24/7 support to help you transition into remote healthcare. Additionally, you will have free CPD-accredited eLearning with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM).

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years full time postgraduate clinical experience in a relevant clinical setting.

• A minimum of 250 hours of relevant full-time clinical experience working as an Audiologist within the past 12 months.

• Evidence of current Audiology Australia Accredited Audiologist Certificate.

• Current membership with Audiology Australia.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in Aboriginal culture and explore some of Australia's most breathtaking remote landscapes.
