Mindil Beach Casino Resort, a premier entertainment destination in the Northern Territory, is seeking experienced professionals to lead our Housekeeping and Cleaning teams.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can effectively communicate with colleagues and guests, while upholding high standards of attention to detail.

**Responsibilities and Expectations**

  • Team leaders will oversee team performance, delegate tasks, and monitor stock control.
  • Supervise, train, and upskill employees to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inspect rooms to guarantee exceptional cleanliness and quality standards.

  • A competitive salary range of AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Requirements and Qualifications**

  • Strong knowledge of the Housekeeping and Cleaning industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervisory or Houseman positions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a willingness to work a 7-day rotating roster.
