The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are impeccably maintained, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily inventory of rooms and collect used linen for laundering
  • Service and clean rooms, common areas, and public areas
  • Replenish the mini bar and record any items that have been consumed
  • Report any damaged items or lost property items
  • Collect and return guest laundry

Requirements:

  • Experience in a housekeeping or cleaning attendant role
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and use of chemicals
  • Must have full Australian working rights
  • Committed to high-quality guest service
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts
  • Good communication and time-management skills
