Club Leadership Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our team as a Club Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability, leadership, supervision and development to oversee personal trainers and group fitness instructors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to hit targets, thrive in an upbeat work environment and create strong relationships with members. Key responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth, including social media marketing.">
  • Recruitment and Talent Development: Recruit and manage a high-performing team of personal trainers and group fitness instructors, focusing on their development and career growth.">
  • Gym Standards and Operations: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) across the club.">
  • Administration and Reporting: Oversee all administrative tasks, including budget planning, contractor invoicing, and reporting.">

  • Leadership and People Skills: Be people-focused, highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills.">
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Have experience in building and recruiting a high-performing personal training team.">
  • Business Acumen: Possess a tertiary qualification in health, business, or commerce, or demonstrate equivalent experience in a similar environment.">
  • Qualifications and Certifications: Hold a minimum Certificate III in Fitness or equivalent, current First Aid certificate, CPR certification, and a valid police/working with children check.">
