We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile commercial fit-out projects.

The Role:
  • As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder management across all project stages.
  • You will lead the establishment, maintenance, and compliance of Health Safety and Environmental systems, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
  • Your expertise in assembling and leading high-performing project teams will be crucial in achieving exceptional results and exceeding client expectations.
  • You will work closely with senior management to ensure effective resource allocation and drive project deliverables forward.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders, including Directors, Construction Managers, Site Managers, and contractors, will be essential in meeting system standards requirements.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager, successfully completing commercial fit-out projects in excess of $10m.
  • A strong track record of leading teams and driving project outcomes.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality fit-out solutions with attention to detail.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and proven ability to work effectively in the Australian market.
