The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced fitness professional with a proven track record of sales success, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities
  • Sales: Generate new business opportunities, build strong relationships with members, and drive membership sales growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide proactive support to members, address their concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
  • Community Outreach: Engage with the local community, promote our club, and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Member Retention: Work closely with members to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure they stay satisfied with their membership.
