As a Learning Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing the audit experience. This technically qualified position contributes to the strategic initiatives of Audit Learning by working closely with senior team members.
Job DescriptionThe role involves managing end-to-end development and implementation of learning solutions. You will be responsible for facilitating technical audit content, overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement, including Audit Leadership.
- Develop high-quality, timely, and impactful learning solutions that maintain a focus on audit quality.
This role will concentrate on strategies to address learner fatigue and improve learning experiences. You will implement locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit and Enterprise Audit practice, deploying global audit learning solutions, including content review, development, and facilitation.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions.
- Deploy global audit learning solutions, including content review, development, and facilitation.
- Develop technical audit content.
- Manage learning requirements for mandatory learner populations.
- Liaise with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective roll out of learning solutions.
- Governance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learning.
- CA qualification (or equivalent).
- Hold current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong team building skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work towards tight deadlines.
