About This Role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Home Care Support Worker to provide high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Living Support: Assist with household chores such as washing, ironing, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Meal Preparation: Help with planning, preparing, and cooking meals.
  • Personal Care Support: Provide assistance with showering, dressing, grooming, and other personal hygiene needs.
  • Social Engagement: Encourage participation in social activities and community engagement.
  • Transport Services: Offer transport for appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.

Requirements
  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence
  • A reliable NSW C Class Motor Vehicle for travel between customer locations
  • A current accredited First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations (highly recommended)
  • Basic computer and smartphone literacy
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in Home Care or Disability Support
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging, Home, and Community)
