Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team.

This role involves providing high-quality care to elderly individuals, assisting with daily living activities, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Support day-to-day activities including eating, social interaction, and mobility
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive work environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to families and the community

Requirements

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older adults
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Reliable and flexible team player with a commitment to workplace health and safety
  • A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
  • Willingness to obtain a Police Check and NDIS clearance
